While snorkeling with Humpback whales in the South Pacific, I found the ocean to be the container through which new personal learnings arose, where wisdom was shared through the awesome interaction with the whales. Metaphor and meaning can be found throughout a variety of circumstances and applied to our relationship to ourselves, each other, and our world. With this nuanced and potentially eclectic mindset, I bring an openness and a curiosity to the supervisory relationship.
